ABOUT THE FOUNDER

YASMINE JUTT, KINESIOLOGIST & M.S. Student - Biomechanics

Yasmine Jutt is a kinesiologist who is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). She graduated Douglas College with a Diploma in Sport Science: Kinesiology Stream, and also holds a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University. She is also an emergency medical responder, holding a certificate from the Red Cross.

While completing her education, Yasmine worked as a fitness instructor and athletic trainer. Post-graduation, she continued to work as an athletic trainer in ice hockey and box lacrosse for three years. Most notably, she was the Head Therapist for the Vernon Vipers hockey team and the Langley Thunder lacrosse club for all three divisions.

For hockey, she has worked in the Major Midget League (MML), Minor Midget League, Pacific Junior Hockey League (PJHL), Female U18AAA (BCEHL), and the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL). In box lacrosse, she has worked in Junior B (BCJBLL), Junior A (BCJALL), the Western Lacrosse Association (WLA), and the Thompson-Okanagan Junior Lacrosse League (TOJLL).

In Fall 2024, Yasmine was admitted to a Master of Science in Biomechanics at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.
